Wooster Entrepreneurs United ("WEU," "we," "us") runs this website and member network in Wooster, Ohio. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

When you contact us or apply to join, we collect what you give us, such as your name, email, phone, and business details. When you become a member, sign-in and payment are handled by the providers below, and we receive the email tied to your account and your membership status. We do not see or store your full card number.

Like most websites, we also collect basic usage data automatically through cookies and similar technologies: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you move through the site. This helps us understand what is useful and fix what is not.

Cookies and analytics

We use two analytics tools that set cookies and collect usage data:

• Google Analytics 4 measures traffic and which pages and links people use.
• Microsoft Clarity measures usage and may record anonymized session activity (clicks, scrolling, and navigation) to show how pages are used. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

You can limit these through your browser cookie settings, the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or your browser's "do not track" and privacy controls. Blocking cookies will not break the site.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Google (sign-in and analytics), Stripe (membership payments and billing), Microsoft Clarity (analytics), Formspree (contact form delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

How we use it

To run the membership, respond to you, deliver member benefits, keep the site secure, and improve what we offer. We keep information only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of analytics using the controls above. Members can edit or remove their own listing information at any time from the members area.
